Before you start reading, I want to tell you who's been writing this — and why I built this method in the first place.

My name's Greg Jones.

You probably haven't heard of me before. That's by design.

I live in Herndon, Virginia with my family. I run a multi-million-dollar business. And I spend my time on the things that matter — my family, my training, the founders I work with.

It's the kind of business I used to lose sleep wishing for. The kind that runs because of how it's built, not because of how many hours I throw at it.

That business is the proof that what's inside this book works.

Here's the rest of who I am:

I have a Master's in Computer Science from George Washington University.

I founded Mandiant Labs — a premier innovation and malware-analysis division at a global leader in incident response.

I spent 25+ years building software systems and hunting adversaries for the U.S. intelligence community.

I'm a black-belt martial artist who ran my own dojo. I'm a 50-mile ultramarathoner. I've served as a part-time firefighter and EMT. I'm a Certified High Performance Coach.

Not your typical founder background — and that's part of why this works.

Because the seven Multipliers in this book weren't invented in a classroom or a mastermind. They came out of 25 years of installing systems that have to work the first time, under real conditions, when the cost of failure is real. Software that protected Fortune 500 companies. Intelligence operations where details mattered. Businesses that had to scale without me sitting in the middle of every decision.

That's the lens this book is written through. And that's why it works for founders running the kind of business most "AI experts" have never actually built.
